I'm Molly, a typical sushi, makeup, and fashion loving millennial girl who just so happens to be blind! I was diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa at just 4 years old and began public speaking at age 5. I started just doing motivational speaking, but now I make videos and even model! Even though I can’t see, I know that there are bright spots in everything we face. Let’s find them together. 💕

Would you be interested in seeing me play/try more sports for the blind? What sports would you want to see me try next?
I love watching you do anything. Your attitude and spunkiness are charming, as is your determination to learn how to compensate and learn to behave as if you are sighted. I was put onto you through your video in Sofie Dossi's backyard. It took me several viewings to realize you're blind. You do appear to be looking at others you're talking with as though you can see them. I suppose that's because you lost your sight bit by bit as opposed to someone blind from birth. I applaud you for making the most out of the senses you do have and refusing to let blindness get in the way of what you want to do!
Goalball!
Would love to see you try rock climbing if that's a sport you are interested in.
After the pandemic is over you could see if there's any camogie or gaelic football for the blind over in Ireland. I'm not sure if it exists but if it does exist then it would be interesting to watch and learn about
Yes please you’re AWESOME!!!
7:37 😂😂 it’s a trump ball 🤢🤢
GO BALL!!
I LOVE YOUR TOP!
Baseball for the blind is so fun! I have been playing for 3 years
Hey Molly, love your channel. I’m a blind DEhaver myself. I started my channel about a year ago. But when I did, my girlfriend who is cited who is very familiar with DEhave is the one who helped me do all of my uploading and manage my channel. Now that we’re separated, I’m not too familiar and was hoping since you have so much experience could point me in the right direction and help me figure this out more. Feel free to reply to this, or find me on Facebook and send a private message or something. Thank you much. Mark Ehlert
She's better than me
The Gates: We share Joe take some big risks Covid: Exists The Gates and everyone elsd: We are taken NO risks, you may not exist. Throw your life away and pretend you never had one!
Did the ball say trump?
I would have sued that PE teacher so hard
I really want to know where she got the outfit in the intro!
She Didn’t get taken out of gym class? I have a study hall for me and my dyslexic self so I don’t do gym class neither do most of the other kids in my study. Was it the school system?
You did way better than me (and I’m sighted). I knew they did the beeping thing with football but I didn’t know they did it in baseball too, that’s amazing! I love how they make their players wear blindfolded so everyone is equal no matter what blindness they have 😊
Please do more sports!! You’re so good!!!!
My dog is a guide dog in training and everytime Gallop is on screen she watches intensely until he's off screen again, this is hilarious haha
Surely with modern electronics they can make a smaller, lighter ball? I'm impressed how far it went though, it looks heavy!
you go girl
Instructor: “Foul ball!” Molly: “I hit it though!!!” Everyone: “yeahhh” 😅😅 Still a foul ball 🙃🙃
did anyone else notice that for some reason the ball had 'trump' printed on it the word not the cringey orange face
like u said molly about womens sports the USA womens soccer team is best in the world while the mens team is humiliating and yet they still get paid more #genderequality and no offense guys but still #randomfyi when i was elementary school one of my friends made up this saying 'girls go to college to get more knowledge, boys go to jupiter to get more stupider' no offense but when she told me this it made me laugh
I feel like molly is better than me at this And I am sighted
This is amazing. I’m physically disabled so have tried a few “adapted” sports but this is something else. I’d love to see you try more sports 😍😍
Molly seems to enjoy playing sports so much. She should try as many as possible.
looks like she had a good time
hello there
i grew up watching church league soft ball you did a really good job for a first timer
💚.
I loved this video! I'm a high school teacher with RP who also has a DEhave channel and I have been trying to incorporate this into my sports nutrition classes for two years now!! (also, I have never seen the dead pitch before) Good job Molly!
Your better than I am
I broke my thumb via softball. Its not fun.
Molly - I oversee Little League here in Phoenix. In Little League, we believe in "everybody plays!" Around 1990, Little League started the Challenger Division of Baseball, which is for disabled or challenged kids. To be honest, I've only been to 3 games in my 12 years running the program. Not because I don't want to. It's because I end up being this 50+ year old, balding man in tears at every game. There was one child who was blind. He doesn't let it hold him back. He is now in his 20's and climbed all of the tallest mountains except Mount Everest. Anyway, he took his turn at bat, using the "beep" ball like in your video. He got a hit, ran the bases, crossed home plate, and immediately started putting on the catcher's gear. He was going to play catcher and no one was going to stop him. Another instance was a child with cerebral palsy, in an electric chair. She hit the ball and her "buddy' (kids without disabilities from other teams are their buddies for games) and she and her buddy took off for first base, and she had the biggest smile I've ever seen on a kid and laughing all the way around the bases. I was a photographer and I was taking pictures that day. It was one of the best baseball action photos I think I've ever taken.
Yes, more sports!
wait, how did you not sue your stupid gym teacher...... hello??
they should have had you hold that bat just a bit farther away from the end, it's not fair to not teach you properly.
You're literally WAY better than I ever was trying to play baseball in gym class and I'm sighted hahaha
whoa I was so not prepared for the color difference there'd be immediately after stepping into the shade after just a cpl hours in the sun. you're in the same spot in the intro and then at the end but when you are wrapping up at the end you're face seemed dark than the intro. lt's crazy just clicking between 2:00 and then like 17:40 the difference in color on your face. I wish I tanned like that lol I would emerge beat red and then possibly down into a tan but only several days later and only if I stayed out consistently
As a div1 softball player, this made me SO PROUD and INSPIRED!!!! Go Molly!!!!!
I have a friend who has the same eye condition (but not as progressed) as Molly and it's really entertaining to see her try to play tennis. Lol I snowboard with her and she's a bit of a hazard but we have fun anyway!
PE teachers should be required to take a class on how to specifically teach and adapt physical activities for those with special needs. Include making them do things like try to play a sport blindfold so that they have some idea what their students go through.
Did the coach apologize when you came back with the brace?
VIDEO ATARTS AT 6:54
Your gym teacher was an absolute moron. I'm glad I was homeschooled for high school, I didn't have to take gym! I just got to go swimming at the local indoor pool.
Hi Molly I know how to play Beachball before I went deaf are used to play here in Tampa at the lighthouse for the blind but they didn’t blame for me because I was heart of hearing at the time so I still couldn’t see the ball but I hit the ball so hard and so far that everyone on base ran home and we won the team because of me I played every year and every year the lighthouse for the blind here in Tampa one until I lost all my hearing. So I don’t play no more but I know how to play because our team here in Tampa we used to win every year because of me and one other guy
This video is so wholesome ❤️ =)
I know Molly would get it, but I'll probably catch shit for it : It's pretty funny watching you swing when the ball is already gone. Kind of like watching a Pinata party when the person is really dizzy and has no idea where the Pinata is. Nonetheless you did great and this will be inspiring for blind people with weapons of demolition everywhere!
Is there a soccer version?
Learned only today about this, now and it makes me be like what! If this has been around a while then why is it not part of the olympics? Wtf is wrong with people not being inclusive on the olympics.
Cheer...?
Volleyball!!!! That would be cool!!
Dude, this was amazing. 1. You did AWESOME! 2. The whole video I was like cheering you on like YES! MOLLY, YOU DID IT! and I'm like I would love to give it a try blind folded, it sounds like such a rewarding experience. V proud of you re-conquering baseball love! (the safe way lol) xoxo
I noticed as a blind person you don't turn your head till you're swinging but sighted people look toward the ball all the time. This was fun to watch, you were very brave. It sounds like your high school gym teacher didn't believe you were blind are was incredibly dense and didn't realize what blind meant
Is molly going to turn into a beep baseball player? You did awesome molly!
This is so cool! 😃
the gym teacher sounds like he was trying to be inclusive in all the wrong ways
Your yoga outfit is 🔥🔥
Watching you try all of these new and exciting things is so empowering! You're such an inspiration to all young people!
Is she 100% blind?
Yeah, she can only see very little light, shadow and some glitter I think but that’s it
This was really interesting and you did great!! I didn’t know beep baseball was a thing. I have played goalball as a sighted person (blindfolded), it was HARD!! Can you do a video of playing goalball or other blind sports that people don’t know about, I think it’s super fun!
You should try using the rotomatic its a tactile mesuring tool for the blind and i think that alot of people could benifit from it if the tool was moee well known.
I loved this video! I'm so glad that they've made baseball accessible!
i feel like a proud mom or a proud friend every time molly does anything that makes her prove she can do anything a seeing person can do(dont really know how to word that sorry)
Cool video! Please try more sports for the blind.
Please do more sports!😍 It is so interesting and I can see how much you like it too 😊
My response to the gym teacher I am blind u imbecile u put a blindfold on and have someone through a ball at u and u hit it and then tell me how well that went.
I have seen a lot of sighted ball players in our rec league who can't hit it half as well! You did awesome! And congrats on the sponsorship, that's a sweet one! Just killing it all around :D
Canadian and left handed Das cool
id love to see you play more sports for the blind molly its really inspiring to see
do a goalball video, please!
I want to try this! I also have many memories of PE being forced to play with sighted people and being so anxious about it.
I am sighted and in a class I took in high school they blindfolded us and had us play goal ball. It was sooooo much fun! But so silly to watch! 😂 The only sport I truly loved playing! 😂 😂 😂
That sounds awful. I thought my story was bad. I was in 7th grade and my teacher wanted me to play soccer. I accidentally kicked some people in the shin because fast-moving objects are difficult for me and it was school so there were no shin guards. My PE teacher told me that my team would still be penalized. I told him I couldn't and we had an IEP (individual education plan) meeting. My vision specialist and the adaptive PE specialist's solution was "Since he can't see well enough to play... Why doesn't he be a referee?" Looking back at it now it is extremely comical but at the time I was stunned and upset.
Molly. Steve Madden has some bedazzled shoes. They are kinda chunky and when I seen them I thought of you. You should so check them out.
Aw, Molly! What a pleasure seeing you beam of light from rewriting your baseball experience. More sport videos are btw an absolutely great idea (we used to do goal ball in my gym class where everyone got blind folded and the sport is so much fun!).
Omg you're a lefty too!?!? Sorry that's so random but I feel like it's so rare knowing another person who's also a lefty!! Lol 😂
Ooooh girl you were giving me some real gym class flashbacks with that story oh my gosh
This is so beautiful!! i admire you so much and you inspire me! I personally don't have almost anyone to help me with my disease, and you are so lucky to have so much help and love! I can't move much,i have eye problems and i can't even go to school (cuz i might scare other people).
Good
I would be interested in seeing more blind sports
I assume you get tired of hearing this, but wow! I couldn't do that well, and I'm sighted! Also, I would love to see you play more sports!
I loved playing goal ball. I am legally blind and I'm 29. I think it would be cool watching you play goal ball and to see how you do.
Endlessly thankful for you sharing these things ♥️
Off topic, but I'd really appreciate if you'd share what eyebrow products you use. My eyebrows have some gaps since a childhood bout of chicken pox and they are sparser than I'd like! P.S. very fun video!
I think gallop had fun playing in the grass. And being silly. Gallop, lucky your cute and can get away with being cheeky and silly
This is so cool.
Am I the only one who really wants to see Molly join a blind baseball team now?
WHERE did her JUICE CLEANSE VIDEO GO?
I loved watching this I used to play softball up until fast pitch I was so used to having the ball thrown slower that just hitting the ball when it was fast I couldn’t do it I want to start playing again soon
Doesn't the typical woman have less muscle? So if anything women's sports are more impressive but still less celebrated
You should collab with yes theory
This honestly gave me happy tears! I love seeing you try and learn new things!
Do you see stars when you get up too fast
you should try Horse back riding next!!!
I'd like you to try any sport that is possible for blind people. I never even thought about baseball until I saw you doing this. I only knew about blind soccer before, but I guess there is so much more what you could try out. It's pretty interesting to see what is possible today and HOW it is possible. So if you want, create a surprise 😁
closer and closer to that 2nd million 😁
Can I just say I love your eyes ❤️
Tbh, I was waiting for it to hit her in the face
Blind Girl is very nice gaming ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hey Molly! I play softball for girls and I loved seeing you playing this! I thought you did great and thank you for making this video!
What happened to the Juice Cleanse Video?
