I'm Molly, a typical sushi, makeup, and fashion loving millennial girl who just so happens to be blind! I was diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa at just 4 years old and began public speaking at age 5. I started just doing motivational speaking, but now I make videos and even model! Even though I can’t see, I know that there are bright spots in everything we face. Let’s find them together. 💕

  • Every time I'm hearing Molly saying we've been in quarantine for so many months, I can't help to wonder, does the word have a different meaning in North America? Because I always understood quarantine as not being able to leave your flat/house at all (I should know, I'm currently quarantined in Germany because I'm coming back from France and I'm not allowed to set foot out of my flat for 10 days). In lockdown, you're stuck at home a lot, but you're still allowed to get out a bit for a walk, but not in quarantine, it kind of confuses me now.

So i look for games with bright color and little to no text. When i was looking for games, I found a website that makes kits for exciting game to make then braille friendly. This is the site: 64ozgames.com/ . I hope there are some games the for you. I like your content. It gives me strength for my personal problems. Thank you for your stories.

  • I've always enjoyed board games - but definitely the silly and easy ones. Sorry, Connect 4, Life, Trouble, etc. I do enjoy Uno and card games like Gin Rummy, Rummy 500, etc. I do and will play others but Monopoly is always so long and I never win so I get tired of that fast.

  • There are actually some solid colour puzzles that I could see being fun for blind people who want to get into puzzeling. Since they don't rely on the picture to tell which piece goes where the individual piece-shapes are usually way more varied and interesting. If anyone is interested, the youtuber Karen Puzzles has covered some of them oh her channel, like the Ravensburger Krypt puzzle.

  • my favourite boardgame is werewolf, although i'm Not entirely sure if it is Really a boardgame. It's actually pretty easy, you just have to let everyone know their role(there are the werewolfs that kill someone every night, the city people (those are the most boring) and then there are special characters like the witch who can save someone or seer who can look at your card and see who you are. ) when the night is over, everyone can open their eyes again and then there is a Discussion on who is the werewolf. The one the majority thinks is the werewolf dies and everyone gets to know what charactere he/she/they are. The game is won, when there are either no werewolfs anymore or if there are no city people anymore
