It's amazing how Canada and America are so close together, and yet the snacks are so different! So today, I had to check out some snacks that my Patreons recommended.

I'm Molly, a typical sushi, makeup, and fashion loving millennial girl who just so happens to be blind! I was diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa at just 4 years old and began public speaking at age 5. I started just doing motivational speaking, but now I make videos and even model! Even though I can’t see, I know that there are bright spots in everything we face. Let’s find them together. 💕

  • “What are Dots?” Dots, my dear Molly, are the most sad ripoff of a trunk-or-treat candy ever. They taste like vaguely flavored wax. Kind of like twizzlers. I’ve never liked either one.

  • We do have Skor bars, but they're hard to find. Easier up north! Usually here in Georgia the only place I can find them is in gas stations. Also the confusion with milky way comes from the fact that there's a european candy bar called a Milky Way that's different from the American one.

  • For the Hostess Donuts, until you said "coconut" I couldn't tell what kind those were. I do love coconut, and used to eat those in like high school, but WAY MORE COMMON are the super waxy chocolate covered ones, or just regular powdered sugar donuts. My husband likes the Flaming Hot Cheetos. I don't think I've seen the lime ones, but I HATE anything spicy. He super likes Takis. Muddy Buddies, I've only ever made from scratch. Those bagged ones look weird. Dots stick your jaw shut, but they're so good. I have not tried Spindrift (haven't seen them in Maryland) but I like Bubly way more than La Croix. Stronger flavours. I LOVE HEATH BARS. Stole all of them from my kid's halloween candy. Baby Ruth & Payday are my two favourite candy bars. I love caramel & peanuts. Pretzel M&Ms are my favourite. Those cereals look intriguing to try, but also look gross to actually eat. The Smore's cereal looks like it would be great as an ice cream topping.

  • The lime hot cheetos are great & 3 musketeers is one of my favorite chocolate bars but my FAVORITE snack is the cheddar jalapeño Cheetos. Also, the Dunkin Donuts caramel macchiato cereal with Silk dark chocolate almond milk... but I remove the marshmallows because they make it too sweet. As dessert of course. And yes, sushi is one of my favorite foods too. I *used to* love sweet things but the older I get, the more I love salty and savory over sweet.
